The Challenge

Evolving around a new website launch (www.drmengemann.com) the goal was receiving more new patients appointments and more independency from paid advertisement.

Preparation.

Starting out I made a thorough analysis and SEO audit. I also assisted the website launch with technical SEO-related settings.
Among other changes, a Google reviews section was implemented on the website to increase trustability of visitors and conversion rate.

Goal & Process.


The overall goal was to receive more clicks and appointments than before while having less ad spend - meaning higher efficiency organically (SEO) while also using paid ads.


A new Google search campaign as well as a Google Maps Campaign was set up for conducting initial testing for a period of four weeks.

After evaluating winning keywords and ads, the campaign has been optimised and additional keywords were added.

Monthly in-depth statistics provided valuable insights, for example certain content pages received a lot of visitors and its content was therefore extended. Website pages have been regularly improved both content-wise and technically on the basis of statistics.

Being an SEO heavy project, paid ads at the same time are a great tool  bringing in visitors until organic ranking and sources can sustain the website´s traffic.

The Results.

In a few months and with only 50% of the previous budget 100% more appointments than the year before could be achieved.

Steady and continuous form submissions and website traffic is growing continuously with more than 5% per month up to date.

Ongoing SEO measures are being implemented up to the present and include not only content additions but also technical search engine optimisations to improve the Search Ranking.
