You hereby ratify your understanding that all program sales are non-refundable and you waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.  Should a chargeback be submitted without prior communication and attempt to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover the funds as well as any additional costs associated with such actions, including but not limited to legal fees and damages.
